Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kawagarbo Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Kawagarbo Technologies provides enterprise AI knowledge solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom knowledge base development
• RAG-powered AI systems
• Document intelligence and automation
• AI-powered semantic search solutions
• Private infrastructure deployment

All services are provided under mutually agreed contracts defining scope, deliverables, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

Service Agreements

Our professional services are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Confidentiality obligations
• Intellectual property rights
• Warranties and limitations of liability

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure necessary access to systems and data
• Designate appropriate personnel for project communication
• Review and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use client data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services, unless required by law or with explicit client authorization.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

• Client data remains the property of the client at all times
• Custom deliverables become client property upon full payment
• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property
• Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kawagarbo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties for deliverables will be defined in individual service agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
